Originally from Statesville, NC, I’ve lived in Roanoke, VA; Columbus, OH; Houston, TX; and Nashville, TN before finding our forever home in Charleston, SC. Those moves shaped the way I work today. I know what it feels like to land in a new city, learn its rhythm, and build a sense of home – which is why relocation clients often feel instantly at ease with me. I’ve walked that path myself, more than once.
Now with The Stish Group at Carolina One Real Estate, I combine a calm, refined approach with meaningful insight into the Charleston market. Whether I’m welcoming newcomers to the Lowcountry or advising on the sale of a coastal home, my focus is on creating a smooth, confident, and personalized experience.
When I’m not working, I’m with my husband, our kids, and our grandchildren – affectionately known as “the littles,” who keep us laughing, on our toes, and fully convinced that joy and chaos can absolutely coexist. And our silver lab, Layla, brings her own charm – she happily signs on for any boat trip, mostly because she knows it means a high-tide marsh swim. Exploring Charleston’s coastline or waterways with all of them is one of my happiest ways to spend a day.
